alex17 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: major banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your alex17 Account within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are credited instantly, typically within one (1) minute. alex17 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed full KYC verification (see Section 4). Your first withdrawal request will trigger an automatic KYC review. All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests to verified bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during Indonesian banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within one (1) to ten (10) minutes, available 24/7. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits may vary by account status and are displayed in your account settings.
alex17 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawals that do not meet this minimum wagering threshold may be declined or subject to a processing fee equal to the payment processor's costs. alex17 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction deemed suspicious, unusual, or high-risk.
Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
Important AML Notice: Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering (rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without meaningful gameplay) will be flagged for investigation and may be suspended pending a full compliance review.

Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds and any winnings derived from non-bonus gameplay will be withdrawable.
Some bonuses impose a maximum win cap, limiting the amount of winnings that can be withdrawn from that bonus regardless of actual winnings generated. For example, a bonus with a Rp 500.000 maximum win cap means that even if you win Rp 2.000.000 while playing with that bonus, only Rp 500.000 will be credited to your withdrawable balance upon completion of wagering requirements.

All bets placed on alex17 are subject to acceptance by the platform. alex17 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly bets suspected of being part of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, arbitrage schemes, or those exploiting system errors or incorrectly displayed odds. Once a bet is confirmed and a unique bet ID is issued, it is considered accepted and binding.
Sports bets (bandar bola football betting, basketball, badminton, etc.) are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of regular time plus any officially designated injury or stoppage time, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and golden goal periods are excluded unless the bet explicitly includes them. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or suspended and not resumed within forty-eight (48) hours, all bets on that match are void and stakes refunded, unless the market has already been unequivocally decided.
Live in-play betting involves a short delay (typically three (3) to eight (8) seconds) between the live event and odds updates on the platform. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI), conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes with alex17 only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding against alex17.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alex17 is licensed and operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
